I am looking for php version compiled with openssl in static mode for
using ftp_ssl_connect function.
I try to compile the php source with VC but I have too many errors
try to follow some tuto about compilation but same results
I dont find some php binaries with openssl
does someone know where I can find php binaries with openssl ...??

It isn't clear to me what your exact issue is:

- The Windows binaries at php.net do not have the openssl extension
- You are using a third-party bundle that does not have the openssl
extension and you don't know there're binaries at php.net
- You already have the openssl extension but your computer is missing
some required DLLs

If you are actually willing to compile PHP source code under Windows,
you must be a hardcode power user :)
