Sorry, but I see Jerry's point on this one.
You don't open a sales pitch by saying "so it can be settled in a court".
Such an opening implies one of the following:
a) That you intend to be dishonest with me, and expect to take me to
court.
b) That you intend to be dishonest with me, and expect me to take you to
court.
c) That you expect me to be dishonest with you, and expect to take me to
court.
d) That you expect me to be dishonest with you, and expect me to take you
to court.
Now given that I consider myself to be honest and have at the outset (1)
no intention of being dishonest with you and (2) no expectation of taking
you to court, then the only option that remains viable is (a) - you
intend to be dishonest with me, and expect to take me to court - and thus
I now assume that your terms are a bunch of legalese designed solely to
screw over anyone who enters into any sort of deal with you. Having
reached that conclusion, my wish to enter into any sort of business
arrangement with you equates pretty much with my desire to jump naked and
bleeding into a tank full of hungry piranhas.
I'm not saying this is the case, I'm saying it's the impression that your
sales pitch has given me.
