ok, I think I need help understanding something. How do I turn smilies and images on? You know where you post a reply and you see this?

HTML code is OFF
FUD Code is ON
Images are ON
Smilies: are ON

Mine say their off. How do I turn these features on?

Picture the daffodil. And while you do that, I'll be over here going through your stuff.

In FUDforum v1.2X you turn'em off via the forum control panel.

Those settings are assinged on a per forum basis.

ahhh Ok, I'm using the latest Alpha Release 1.9.8-RC2 from CVS and those options are not there. Neutral

BTW what is forum-dev-20020422.tar.gz ?

In FUDforum 2 these options are determined by the Groups system. You need to edit the general permissions for all registered users for a forum using the group manager.

I thought you were referring to 1.2X release, sorry.

The file you showed is a 1.2.8RC1 release.

Ok, gotcha. I like that option better than having it as a global option. I should of maybe posted that question in the fud2 forum but was unsure. I probably confused you. Wink
