Hello,
i want to know , in PHP is PDO_SQLITE uses the latest sqlite3 or not?
because SQLITE3 POO exist in php separatly than PDO_SQLITE.

There are SQLITE, SQLITE3 and PDO::SQLITE which uses sqlite3.

This is written clearly on http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.pdo-sqlite.php.

Programmers must be able to answer such easy questions themselves.
