Wrong answer, as usual. And BTW, even Windows XP Embedded will run PHP.
But I know you don't understand that, either.

No reason to spend hundreds of dollars and several days rebuilding a
system because a Pointed Head says you should upgrade prematurely.
And yes, I do say several days. It took me over 3 days to rebuild a
development system when I upgraded to Windows 7. I had over 200Gb of
additional software on it.
