I prefer Piwik (see <http://piwik.org/>, since then you have everything
on your own server (although there are providers, who offer Piwik as a
service, if you don't want to maintain your own Piwik installation).
Piwik may not be as powerful as Google Analytics, but it is already
quite useful and i don't need to send any data of my visitors to Google.
Or did you mean tools to see, which trackers a site uses? I already
mentioned it: Ghostery - see <http://www.ghostery.com/>.
