I want to allow users to pick their own playlist.
The main list will have 200 items.
The secondary list will have up to 10 items.
Would it be as simple as using target="list2" in the link?
Any other possible ways of doing this?

Yes
One other possible away is to learn something.
1) Learn SQL
2) Learn MySQL (and how it differs from standard SQL)
3) Learn PHP
After that write some code, post is here (complete)
and ask for improvements
Most of here will not learn from it,
and will not mis-use your code
I will certainly not, because i'm not interested in a oldies website ;)
