Why not have one table?
id | stores | restaurant | services

if you wanted to include actual names of
:
type | class | name
_______________________________________
stores | |
Restarants | |
Services | |

You could have as many "stores" and such as needed.
(simplified)
while (type==stores){echo 'class'; echo 'name'}
