No you don't. The error is more fundamental than that. You appear to have
nested a whole html document inside the body section of another html
document.
Please add "I am wholly unable to perceive the magnitude and scope of my
coding fuck ups." to your cv.

The error comes from your fucked up code. Beyond that, it really is
impossible to say precisely how you fucked up, although the chances are
quite high that it is in some way a repetition of a previous fuck up.
