We're trying to change isearch.inc for number searching, using the forum editor release 3.0.5.

Path= /FUDforum/include/theme/default

We change regex to use "/[\p{N}\p{L}][\p{L}\p{N}\p{Mn}\p{Pd}'\x{2019}]*/u", save file. We view it again to ensure changes took effect. Rebuild themes, isearch.inc reverts back to original file. Regex shows text only, "/\p{L}[\p{L}\p{N}\p{Mn}\p{Pd}'\x{2019}]*/u

EDIT:
Had to edit the stock isearch.inc.t file in the FUDforum/src directory

Works like a charm!

Change the template file "isearch.inc.t".
When you rebuild your themes isearch.inc.t will be compiled to isearch.inc.
