Splitting topics in version 3.0.6 does not cascade the new topic name to new replies or split (selected messages). However it does create the new topic name for the fist selected message but every message thereafter has the old topic name.

Yes sort of a nit but I notice when you reply to the new topic it references the old topic in the "Last message on the forum:"

Versions:
FUDforum: 3.0.6
PHP: 5.3.27
Database: mysql 5.1.56-log (mysqli)
Operating system: Linux 3.2.61-grsec-modsign
