I am having trouble to set up 3 forum in 3 different languages:

I want to set up 3 forum with 3 different language but shareing one user database, which means the user just need to register once than they can access to all the forum.

Could anyone tell me how to set it up with FUDforum?

For example my domain is
www.example.com

MySQL Database name is:

example_forum

database user is:
example_lang1

After I've set up example_forum the system show:
You are using your maximum allotment (1) of MariaDB/MySQL databases. If you want more, contact your service provider.

so this is the webpage I want

first page can let user to choose which language they prefer

after they choose the language, they will go to that forum

I am struggle on this for long time, please someone help me with details, thank you very much.
