Are users who turned scripting off (for reasons of persecution mania) disabled users?

Honestly, what happens to FUDforum-functionallity when scripting is disabled?

Comfortability gets smaller?
Functionallity becomes restricted?
Forum becomes becomes a mission impossible?
other possibilities

With JS disabled majority of the forum's functionality will still work. Using smilies and FUDcode will require actually typing those, since JS insertion won't work. Poll creation won't work since that opens a popup with JavaScript, same goes for avatar galleries and topic moving. Few other minor things.
