However, you have helped us. Given the quirks of FUD Forum (or maybe they're features -- without decent documentation we have no way of knowing), along with the quality of advice available, we have deleted FUD Forum and will look elsewhere.

Even though I doubt that person will come here again to check for replies I feel the urge to voice my opinion about what she wrote.
To me it's quite entertaining to see someone complain about free software and the apparent lack of support for it - which is a joke in itself since anyone involved in software developing should know how damn much time it takes to debug things, add new features, document everything, write converters for the structural changes, replying to emails concerning the product, etc, etc. So keeping that in mind I believe that Ilia is doing an awesome job and for that I'd like to thank him sincerely.
Kathleen didn't seem to see things from that point of view, though... *shrugs*... but looking at her friendly and well-mannered personality I doubt anyone here will miss her.
Personally I believe Ilja's short and generic reply was reasoned, seeing how the thread starter didn't even bother to investigate in order to find the problem that had to be solved. If that had been the case it should've been a striaghtforward thing to just search all files in the template directory and look for a file that contains the string in question (or if the string is in the msg file, the string's message identifier).
Dunno, people like her just bug me and I had to get it out of my system that I'm glad Ilia gave me such a powerful tool and that things like these happen - the problem of annoying noobs solves itself, apparently. =p

Well, I was on vacation for a while and that meant I was not beside a computer and could not answer any support questions any sooner.
The question that was asked was generic, hence the generic reply and from the reply I didn't get the sense that the person read the avaiable documentation.

Just a caution on critiquing users too much. For novice users like myself it is often quite difficult to know even how to pose the correct question. I think Ilia has done an outstanding job, but I still spend a lot of time trying to figure out what things are named.
