I have not found where I can edit FAQs. The doesn't seem to be a help or FAQs template that allows me to edit and add. Just found out through a search that this need to be downloaded. What is the file name?

You can edit the FAQs, the templates for that you can find in
FUDForumData/thm/THEME_NAME/i18n/LANGUAGE/help =)

Well, LANGUAGE is the language of your choice. For English, the path would become

/i18n/english/help

There is no i18n in any of the paths I see
