The FAQ on this forum doesn't work for me whereas the FAQ of my FUDforum installation works just fine.

Is it just me or do others have that problem, too?

What do you mean does not work? I just tried it on this forum and it works fine...

When I click the FAQ button, the URL is "http://fudforum.org/forum/index.php?t=help_index&" - when I then click on a help entry, the URL becomes i.e. " http://fudforum.org/forum/index.php?t=help_index&section=usermaintance% EF%BF%BDregister" and the FAQ index is shown as before.

I'm encountering the same problem. But not only here, also in my FUDforum integrated in eGroupWare.

@soeren: What browser do you use? I'm using Opera and have such problems (with "indexes") on many websites. Maybe it's related to Opera.

Yep, I'm using Opera 7.54 on win32 - but that's the first time I've noticed that problem so I had no clue whether it was Opera or FUDforum.
Guess that's cleared now... only question remains is if there's anything that can be done about it?

It was an Opera specific bug that was triggered by & being followed by a #. I've eliminated that situation and now those links work properly.

This will be fixed in the next release.

For me it doesn't work. I have tried many times and almost every link in the FAQ, but I always see only the indexpage.

Since you updated the forum here to 2.6.7 I figured the fix for the FAQ links in Opera is in effect - unfortunately I still have the above problem, though: nothing happens if I click on the links.

PS: Did the CVS DB break? http://cvs.prohost.org/c/index.cgi/FUDforum/timeline only gives errors anymore... =\

The cvs tracker should be working once again.

As far as opera fix it appears the fix was incomplete (only work in some cases), I've made another fix that fully addresses this issue.
