I noticed - when we run upgrade.php scrip? some info in users profile witch consist symbol "@" replace it to "%40" in title on messages display(like in my profile - "gurugray(at)hotmail(dot)com" for MSN)

%40 is urlencoded version of @, this protects the e-mail address that is the MSN uid from e-mail parser bots.

but %40 only in title of link- html cosist full mailto:gurugray(at)hotmail(dot)com Twisted Evil
