I just installed 2.6.8RC1. Dunno if this is a bug or what.
But if you go to try add an icon to a category by clicking on the javascript link [SELECT ICON] the window comes up with broken images. The broken image properties contain the Forum URL and the WWW Root path (URI) together consequently the incorrect path.

Any ideas?

Apply this patch or replace the affected file.
