can't add a user to a group ... [message #20926]

i try to make a group named "GL", that group gives the members of that group the right to view/write to 2 forum.

i have made a the group and try now to add the useres, but it allways says, that the there is no user with this login name, but the user exist ...

any hints ?

Does the user name have any special chars in it?

no,

i don't know if it is a translation problem in german, but i have to write in the Alias not the login name, then it works ...

That's the error in the translation the "name" you need to specify when adding someone to a group is their visible username, which is an alias.
