Reading through the documentation, I understand how to change "banned" words into something more friendly with a regexp.

What I'd like to do is to bounce the message - I want to put the onus on the submitter to correct his language.

Is this possible?

No, the forum does not support "bouncing" message if they contain prohibited words.
