Migration lost ability to open messages [message #22225]

Hello to all,
I have present on my old server Apache, Mysql, Phpmyadmin, and FudForum 2.6.8.
I installed the same configuration on a new machine, I see all my forum numbers it of message in each among them but inside I see neither joined pieces nor messages.
What is this that it doesn't go? Confused

Hello,
I am sorry but I made a consistency checker and I didn't get anything more.
I had recopied the file of the messages that was in /FUDforum/messages/msg_1
Do you have another idea?

My second question.
It's possible to have Maximum 4 Megabytes .
If I change the parameter in "php.ini", it continue to say with Firefox "No contain data".

4 megabytes memory limit is really to little, the limit should be @ least 8 megs. I recommend a 16 meg memory limit just to be on the safe side.

Make sure that the msg_1 file is readable by the web server user and so is the directory it is in.

Hello,
If msg_1 is in /opt/FUDforum/message/ then it can't work ?
Normally, the default install are in /var/www/FUDforum, but I have moved this default folder in /opt/FUDforum/...
It's the problem.

About the "File Attachments" I have a problem to attach file bigger than 1 Mb, and I don't understand what happens.

As long as FUDforum's GLOBALS.php reflects those changes you should be fine.

It’s finish for my first problem.
The solution:
I created a new message "toto" in my forum and now I see all the other messages.

My second problem:
About GLOBALS.php in /var/www/html
I have this setting:

The message attachment file upload limit is defined per-forum inside the individual forum settings.
