What .tmpl file has the top link selections... [message #22432]

I cant seem to find the .tmpl file that contains the links:

Private :: Messaging :: Members :: Search :: FAQ :: User CP :: Login :: Home

I would like to center this set of links and cant seem to even find the file that refernces these links. could someone tell me which file to open to <center>The Line Of Links</center>

I noticed someone changed the way they were layed out in one of the themes they had designed. I am re-doing a theme i started back in 2002 but never finished. I just installed a new version of FUD. If you want to have a look so you can see what I am working on- it is at http://www.underground51.com

I just want to know what file references the link set- Thanks all

I must be dumb how would i center the top link set

when i added center to the usercp its centering everything... I just need to center the links in the center instead of justify right.

Not the forum control links just the links for
