I have restored my forum by a local back up.
- Rebuid the theme, all works, tmpl modified too
- Don't works only the register page (after logout, click on the register link no the top)
- Now, I upload a english MSG adding a line
(post_private_msg: Invia messaggio privato)

And registration now works!

SO I've proved that the problem is only in italian MSG, and some modify I have add. I need of an editor for that file?? What can I use to modify it?
I found the file MSG italian, version 2.6.11.
