How does the bitmask stored in the 'users_opt' column in the users table work? I assume it is used to determine the access privileges of the user somewhat like the old 'is_admin' column used to. Am I correct in assuming that anding the value of that column with 1048576 will tell me if the user is an administrator?

The meaning of the masks stored inside users_opt can be found by looking @ the sql/fud_users.tbl file.
