I lost my database Crying or Very Sad Crying or Very Sad Crying or Very Sad , but I have all files.
can I some how replicate forum thread tree?

Fraid not, the files only contain the message bodies, but in order to fetch even those you'd need to length/offset information stored inside the database.

no, my DB-server was broken and database "disappear"
