I searched the How To forum here and found some good suggestions for adding logos to the header template. I was able to modify the template fine and rebuild the theme fine.

My problem is I can't get it to find the image file. I've put it in several different places and checked the permissions on the files.

I first placed it in the dataroot under /thm/default/images

I then placed it in the webroot under /theme/default/images

It won't read it from either place.

I also added the {THEME_IMAGE_ROOT}/ before the actual filname in my IMG SRC tag.

What am I missing?

Thanks and have a great day!

You should put your logos inside thm/default/images/, then rebuilding of the theme would automatically copy the logo to theme/default/images/.

You can confirm it's availability by going to: http://your_forum/url/theme/default/images/logo_name.gif

The img src should be THEME_IMAGE_ROOT/logo_name.gif

Ah . . . it must be a permission problem as I can't pull it up using the direct URL. I'll go back and review the permissions.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Thanks and have a great day!
