It seems like all the fields that accept a username input are case-sensitive. For example: I can't add "blazer" to my buddy list, I have to type in "Blazer". Is this by design, a setting I missed, or what?

I'm getting complaints about it from my users. What is the reason for this? I am trying to avoid modding the core code so that I can upgrade without creating a nightmare for myself.
