Can multiple questions be asked and calculated in a single poll message?
For instance:
(1)Has your car had engine problems:
Yes
no
(2) what year is your car
1999
2000
2003
2004
(3) approximate mileage when problem occurred
0
1-1000
1,001-10,000
10,001-20,000
20,001-30,000
30,001-40,000

Would the poll be able to tell that 30 people had problems , on a year 2003 car and 70 % of them occurred between 20,001-30,000 miles?
If so how does one create such a pole? I have only been able to create single question polls
