When PATH_INFO style is on several links doesn't work or look wrong:

Syndication link looks like:
http://www/forum/index.php/h/boardusage/#syndicate
and doesn't work. Correct link:
http://www.provider.net.ru/forum/index.php?t=help_index&section=boardus age&S=3986&d153be7f56c3f70d877ce3349ccce04c#syndicate

Seems PATH_INFO style URLs doesn't work in help section.

Make PDF link looks like:
http://www/forum/pdf.php?msg=476869&3986/d153be7f56c3f70d877ce3349ccce0 4c/

There are ?, = and & signs in URL. Seems PATH_INFO style URLs doesn't work here too.
