Please consider adding XML/RSS buttons index.php?t=getfile&id=2192&private=0 on forum pages so users can quickly syndicate the content they see on-screen. This will make the forum more usable as users will be able to easily add feeds to their aggregators.

Some examples:

Main page - button to syndicate all topics
Forum page - button to syndicate topics in forum
Topic page - button to syndicate messages in topic
Users by messages - button to syndicate users sorted by messages posted
Users by registration - button to syndicate users sorted by registration date

Best regards.

Frank

I think the links should be slightly different:

front page: latest 25 topics
topics page: all topics on the current page
single topic view: all messages inside the topic

I don't think the user RSS feeds are necessary to expose directly.

Sounds good to me. It would be a great addition to an already great piece of software!

Best regards.

Thank you so much!

Can you please look at the patch for index.tmpl, it introduces an syntax error?

Seems to work fine on my development server, what syntax error are you seeing?

Yeah, noticed a problem a bit later (delayed theme rebuild) hence the fix. Thanks for pointing it out.
