The file manager is not intended to be used on Windows machines becuase it is no needed. I am guessing there was a bug in the code allowing you to see the file manager link?

The primary perpouse of the file manager is to give you the ability to change the unix file permissions, which on unix computers are set up in such a way that the file cannot be edited by anything other then the forum, on windows that is not the case.

Could you please tell me how were you able to access the admbrowser.php form?
