Confused

I have the Post flood error set to 60 seconds, but when someone tryes to post he/she receives 40 000 or something seconds, or about 30 days. How can I fix it?

Like I said I have it set up to 60 seconds in the admin conptrol panel

Flood Trigger (seconds): 60
The minimum time delay before a user can post a message.

But still when a registered user tryes to post gets the error of 40 000 seconds. Anonymous users can post just fine

This is the error log.

It is frustrating
