Installation - error on step two [message #28403]

You don't have permission to access /~natalee/install.php on this server.

I get this error when I try and continue from step two. I have given install.php 777 so I'm not sure why it's giving me this message. Any ideas?

I suspect your server does not allow PHP scripts wth 777 permissions to be run. Try to chmod the script 666.
