Please help. I upgraded from 2.6 to 2.7 (the most recent version that is released) on friday. It lost all my changes to the template, so I logged in, changed the template back. It seemed to work great. It looked like I expected and all the links worked, but when I logged out, the template is gone and none of the links work. I can't even log back in to unapply my changes. Please help.

Try to rebuild the theme via the theme manager.

once I had logged out, I couldn't login or get to the admin panel or anything. I had to restore my old copy. I couldn't get in to edit, rebuild or replace the theme.
