Hello - i have trouble installing forum, here is the error message that it me reference,


Your WWW_ROOT does not correspond with the SERVER_ROOT path you have specified. (unable to retrive: http://newbinpro.celeonet.fr/forum2/WWW_ROOT_CHECK, on disk as: /home/www/newbinpro/www/forum2/WWW_ROOT_CHECK, received data: w/error: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

Any help would be greatly appreciate.it is a machine translation .

ps: there is not documentation to install in French?

you can fix this issue by editing install.php and uncommenting the
ini_set("allow_url_fopen", 0);
line near the top of the file.
