I receive this while using the mass email manager. I am using v1.42 of that file. Should I have updated something else along with it?

This is fixed in CVS, you need to get the latest copy of admmassemail.php from
http://cvs.prohost.org/c/index.cgi/FUDforum/getfile/install/www_root/adm/ad mmassemail.php?v=1.42

Make sure your ssu.inc.t is up to date as well, you need this version:
