How to allow new topic creation to anonymous user ?
If I set create new topic on global anonymous access to yes in group manager it has no effect. When I try to add new topic as anonymous then it wrotes: ERROR: Insufficient Privileges. Anonymous users aren't allowed to create topics. In "user-land group manager" isn't permission "create new topic" for any user. Please help.

Problem resolved. There was confilct between two groups permisions .
