Is there a way to toggle PM or email support for a user? Like, adding a group flag for PM/Email to prevent someone from using that system but still allow them to use the forums? If not, is it something worth requesting on the feature request forum?

There is an option in admin user manager that allows you to disable a user's ability to use the PM system.
