apache 2.0.47, php 4.3.1, mysql 4.0.11, FUDforum 2.7.3.

I setup according to the installation guide, I'm am able to do everything but I get black screen when I click <Admin Control Panel>. Why is this so? Anything I need to set or do to make it work correctly?
