Changing Colours Problem [message #29808]

I know this sort of thing has been posted before, but being new to all this, I'm having a few probs.
I've tried to change the colours of my forum by going to the Template Editor and then the Forum CSS. But when I change a colour and then save settings, nothing seems to have happened.
I'm obviously doing something wrong, so hopefully you can put me in the right direction.

do you mean go to the theme page and click on the rebuild bit after saving settings. If so, then yes.
