I am trying to change font size( like demo forum),I did a search and I found a message that said to change font size in the forums use "style editor"

what and where is the style editor ? I can't seem to find it, I am using ROC3

The style editor is something for the old version of FUDforum.
In 2.0, you simply modify the forum.css.tmpl template, using that template you can alter all of the forum's styles.
