I stupidly set the cookie expires option to '0'.
So now the cookie isn't being set and I can't login to the admin control panel to change it. School boy error I know.
Where is this value held .. so I can change it without loggin in. I assume it's in a file or datbase table.
Simple instructions please.

You need to edit the GLOBALS.php file inside the include directory. Inside the file search for variables with the name COOKIE in their name. One of them will be the cookie expiry time value.
