We just installed 2.3.8
It's the first time I see a "Profile Link Color:" in the User Administration System. I couldn't find a reference to it on the online manual.
What is it for and how to use?

Basically enter a color code like #ff0000 or color name, red and then the user's name on the actions list, online today and currently online users will have that color.

what about having that color on the threads pages? Etc..like I make someone a mod, can they color be different throughout the site?

You can change colors on a per-page level if you like with a bit of PHP code or JavaScript.
