Receive error after step 4 of install. also no images appears. any ideas.

Try to login to the forum, go to the theme manager and rebuild the theme.

Tried rebuidling theme but received same error message during rebuild.

also Themes does not work and some icons missing.

Fixed icon issues. Forum appears to be working. Only issues is themes, where can I download themes and upload manually?
