Where does it pull that number from?

My forum currently says there were 45 users on-line, but I only have 22 registered users, so is there a way to re-set that number or change it to the correct number?

The counter counts both the registered and the anonymous users currently browsing the forum. When it comes to counting anonymous users a caching proxy or a search engine crawler can often "boost" the number far higher then it would normally be at.

Are you referring to the "most users ever online" was .......
and it gives the date.
or where it lists the members, invisible members, and guests visting the board.
