When I change the user signature on this forum it is not being saved.

I change the signature, click update, and then I click settings again on the top/left of the page. The signature becomes blank again.

I have the same problem on my own test forum (local), but additionaly I can't also change the timezone on my own installation.
Local environment : Ubuntu Dapper, PHP4, Mysql 5, Latest stable FUDforum version.

I've just tried changing my signature on this very forum and it worked just fine.

Still the same problem. I can not change my own signature.

Do you need additional information ?

Found the problem :

It seems that when you change a preference you always need to enter your password in the top section of the settings page.
When I do this the signature (and other preferences) are saved.

Seems like a newby mistake. Sorry for taking up your time.
