Ok now I feel better 
Our Mailing list adds the following to messages which are not required in the Forum

Using the Regex Coach I finally came up with a regex to remove it which is
^[_*ukhbtest[\@| ][\.a-z- :\/\n]*
with the switches /i and /g
So Editing the Body Mangling Regex Putting the regex into the Big box and ig into the small box. When I send a mail to the mailing list I get NO Message Body In the Forum, Whats going on?
Anyone help here?

You need to drop the ^ bit, since that says the data must appear at the start of the string, the footer you are trying to remove is found a the bottom.
