Just made a new install of 2.7.5 - downloaded current version today.

Works fine on firefox.

IE6 (6.0.2900.2180) on XP gives a js error when I try to collapse categories.

Line: 23
Char: 10
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0

I html validated my template*, removed all other js from my template, also reverted to default template with no amendments (tried both pathinfo and original), still the same.

* one error I couldn't remove - validator.w3.org objects to p=0 in the row tags for the categories - but the same error is present on fudforum.org and the categories collapse fine for me using IE at fudforum.org

PHP 4.3.10 on FreeBSD 4.8 Apache 1.3.29

Any suggestions welcome...

There are fixes in CVS for this, they can be found here:

Thanks, that half-fixed it...

Still fine in Firefox.

In IE I can now collapse the categories, but then there is no + to expand them again.

If I click where the + should be they do expand, or if I enter one the categories by clicking the title then they are expanded when I return to the home page, but of course the new user won't know that.

Is this me or is there still another bug in there (or perhaps in IE...)

Thanks

Should be fixed now, although IE is really weird in this respect, there is no error happening, simply IE forgetting to "show" the image.
http://cvs.prohost.org/c/index.cgi/FUDforum/chngview?cn=11519
and
http://cvs.prohost.org/c/index.cgi/FUDforum/chngview?cn=11518

is what you need.

What an amazingly quick patch, and yes this does fix it, thanks very much.
