I've tried changing the max avatar size from 50000 to 150000. It appears to work in the admin panel, but when trying to upload an avatar I still get the error message that the file is over 50000??

Am I missing something??

Make sure that GLOBALS.php in the adm/ and the forum's main web (WWW_ROOT) directory are symlinks to GLOBALS.php inside the include/ directory.
