$hourdiff = "1"; //change the server time plus one hour
$timeadjust = ($hourdiff * 60 * 60); //this is how to calc it
$adjtime = date("g:ia", $date + $timeadjust); //format display
print ("$adjtime");  //print the adjusted time
?>
